FILE DOWNLOAD FAQ’s
- Where is my download email?
If you purchased a digital product and haven’t received your download email, make sure you’ve responded to the confirmation email to confirm your email address is correct. Also, make sure you have input the correct email address without any typos. Lastly, check your spam folder for any emails from the shop!
- Why won’t the files open on my device?
The digital files for the large bundles are very large and many are zip files. Small devices such as smart phones and tablets are unable to support these files. You will need to download your digital product on a laptop or desktop. If you wish to have your file on a tablet or phone for convenience, you can then send the smaller, individual file to your device.
- Can I access my files I purchased in the past?
Yes! If you’ve purchased your digital product after November 2019, you can access it anytime by signing into the Large Family Table Shop. If you purchased before that date just email JamerrillCustomerService(at)gmail(dot)com for support.
- Can I share my digital products?
I ask that you honor policies regarding the purchase of digital products and use your purchase for only personal use. These products make great gifts and can be given by using the recipient’s email when purchasing!
