If making twenty meals at once feels overwhelming to you, I get that. I included a second option. In addition to a grocery list to make all 20 meals at once, I have split the list in two and you can shop for five recipes that make 10 meals instead. You still feed your family for almost a week and fill your freezer at the same time.  

HELP IF YOU ARE FEEDING A CROWD

If you are feeding a crowd or dinner for a large family, you can use BOTH 9x13 casseroles at one meal. Each low-carb casserole has about 12 adult servings, so if you're feeding a lot of little mouths, then one casserole might work for you. You will know what is best. I'm just getting you started, but you do what is best for your family. You can add additional side items such as salad, steamed buttered broccoli, or other veggie favorites to stretch meals farther and add more variety if you still want to be able to save one casserole for later.

What's the best way to use this product?

There are several different ways you could use all the recipes here. Flexibility is mama's best friend! If you are feeling ambitious, make and freeze all 20 casseroles at once to create a lovely freezer stash right away. If twenty feels overwhelming, then make half (so ten) one day and the other half the week after that or at a later time.

 

You still make all twenty and fill your freezer in about a week's time. Another option is to choose one recipe per night and make one of the casseroles for dinner that night and the other for the freezer. This is a slower but more gentile approach to filling your freezer. Tons of flexible options to fit your family’s needs and lifestyle!
